Stainless steel mold tool to make a superhydrophobic surface

Hoowaki sells stainless steel or nickel molding tools to use our innovative technology by molding or embossing.  We either provide forming tools designed to your specification and application, or we recommend a surface design from our extensive library of 70+ microstructure designs.

We focus on low friction and drag surfaces, but we also provide surfaces for surface tension control or improved heat transfer.

If you would like to try our surfaces for proof-of-concept or research, we have stainless steel parts available in most of our library designs in 2" x 2" or 6" x 6" sizes.
