Hoowaki provides tubing with engineered surfaces to significantly reduce sliding friction coefficients in both dry and lubricated environments. The microstructures on our tubing provide smooth, easy sliding while controlling the amount of area between the tubing and another object.

These surfaces greatly improve insertion and removal of a product: our HDPE tubing products can be inserted almost 10 times farther than conventional FEP products without adding lubricant.
